Happy New Year 2026!

 

In the first two decades of the 20th century, my husband's Wood family in Ohio received penny greeting postcards from relatives for every occasion. 

Nearly every postcard was printed in Germany and they remain as colorful today as they looked more than a century in the past.

Here's one of my favorites to wish you and your loved ones the best of health, a bit of good luck, and maybe even a bag of gold coins in 2026.
