Amy Johnson Crow just announced the new 2026 genealogy prompts for her long-running series, 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks.
As in the past, she also offers the alternative 12 Ancestors in 12 Months, where participants instead choose a dozen prompts and write about a dozen ancestors during 2026.

I really enjoy the variety of themes and find Amy's prompts both inspiring and thought-provoking. Although I don't blog about all of her prompts, I consider them great starting points for a fresh perspective on my family history activities.
